Most braid and twist styles are listed at $50, and hair is included in that price for most styles. Exceptions are faux locs, passion twists, and curly hair for boho braids, where hair is not included. Touch-ups are listed at $120 and take-downs at $85, with final pricing depending on size and length. Extras include $40 for ombre color on waist or hip length braids, $25 for thick hair, $15 for small braids placed between stitches on a stitch feed-in updo, $35 for small front-line braids on a crochet install, and $40 for the stitch method on 2 step half and half styles. Bora Bora braids, made with 100% human hair in a looser texture, are not offered for noon bookings because of how long they take.

Before a visit, hair should be washed, blown out, and free of oil and product, and it should be at least 3 to 4 inches long all around the head. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at booking and goes toward the total. Clients with hair loss, damaged edges, thin hair, or who are unsure about a style are asked to text or call before booking. Clients can arrive up to 10 minutes early. A $20 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes without the deposit being returned. No-call no-shows are charged 50% of the total style price, and an extra service fee applies to last-minute changes made at the appointment instead of at booking.

Braid life depends on care. The salon gives knotless and box braids about 2 to 3 months with touch-ups and proper care, stitch feed-in styles about 3 to 6 weeks, and kids' knotless styles about 4 to 8 weeks. Issues with braids need to be reported within 36 hours for the salon to fix them.
