Lightening is customized for each client, and the stylist picks the technique, such as balayage, foiling, teasy lights or baby lights. Every lightening service includes a gloss that can be tailored and a B3 bond protector. Partial lightening, from the front hairline to the crown, starts at $215, and full lightening, from the front hairline to the nape, starts at $280. Double process means on-scalp bleach lightening and toning, and new double process clients need a consultation before booking.

Bookings require a credit card, which can be kept on file for later appointments and payment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Appointments can be canceled online, by email or through the front desk, but not by voicemail. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to call if running late; late clients are still charged for the full booked service, and the salon fits late arrivals in as time allows. Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and checks are accepted, and gratuity is cash only. Phones should be silenced, and children are not part of the salon environment.
