The team has more than 20 years of combined experience in the hair industry. Team training includes Vidal Sassoon education, and the colorists have trained with OYA, Keune, L'Oreal, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf and Redken.

Color services and precision cuts begin with a consultation covering hair history and routine, held in person or by phone for new color clients. The salon is open Wednesday through Friday and on Saturday morning, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Japanese thermal straightening requires a mandatory consultation before booking. A session takes about three to five hours depending on length and density, and heavily bleached hair usually is not a candidate. The result is permanent on treated hair, with new growth retouched every six to twelve months. Clients are asked not to wash, tie back or tuck the hair for the first 72 hours afterward. Keratin treatments are offered as a lighter, non-permanent option.

Work starts with a consultation so the stylist understands hair history and daily routine before cutting or coloring. Color and cut plans are built around each client rather than a fixed formula.
