The team aims to shape each visit around the individual client, building the appointment around that person's own features and strengths rather than a fixed routine.

The menu covers women's, girls' and men's and boys' haircuts, single process and ammonia-free color, glazes, men's color, and highlights from T-line and face framing up to full head, half and three quarter balayage, and ombre. Blow dry packages come in sets of 3, 5, 10 or 15, and styling with a flat or curling iron is available on its own or after a shampoo and blow dry. Keratin smoothing treatments include Keratin Complex, an express Keratin Complex, Cezanne, Brazilian blow out and Hair Botox. Color correction, extensions and ear piercing are priced after a consultation.

Booking is confirmed 72 hours and 3 hours ahead of an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows 100%. A card is kept on file for these charges. Adjustments or fixes are made at no charge within 7 days of the first appointment, without changing to a different style. Services and accessories are not refunded, while unopened, unused products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Sale items are final, and the salon may refuse service to anyone who is rude or demeaning to staff or other clients. Smocks are provided in the restroom to help protect clothing.

Each visit is tailored to the individual client's unique qualities and strengths.
