Installations use Natural Beaded Rows, a hand-tied method that relies on beads and stitching rather than glue or heat, and Invisible Bead Extensions. Each installation is planned around the client's hair type, density, length, lifestyle and goals, including placement, color matching and blending. For hair loss or after chemotherapy, lightweight extensions, hair toppers or custom systems may be an option, and very short or fine hair can be built up through a phased growth plan.

Every visit starts with a required consultation to assess hair, set goals and provide pricing; requests receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. A first extension appointment typically runs two to four hours or longer, and color can often be done the same day. Extension color is custom blended to match current or planned color. Maintenance visits are recommended every six to eight weeks and cost $325 to $525 or more, including color refreshes. According to the salon, most clients spend approximately $2,000 to $4,000 or more on an initial transformation that includes hair, custom color, installation and styling. A payment plan with installments is offered. Clients with extensions are asked to skip purple shampoo or heavy conditioners right before a visit.

Coloring covers dimensional color, highlights, lowlights, glossing and corrective color, formulated to blend with extensions or existing hair. Pricing depends on technique and hair condition and is quoted after a consultation or service appointment. Styling includes blowouts, event styling and finishing for natural hair and extensions, quoted to each client. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair free of heavy oils or buildup. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are charged 75% of the reserved services, and a deposit is required to book further services. Gratuities are accepted but not required. The salon opens at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday, so clients should call for availability, and weekend appointments may be possible on request.
