Much of the clientele comes from people other salons had not served well. Many arrive after a difficult experience with another stylist, including extensions that did not blend with their own hair. Extensions are matched in color, method and density so the result reads as the client's natural hair.

Color is offered at soft, defined or bold levels and is designed around skin tone, the look a client wants and the upkeep they can keep up. Options run from a gloss that refreshes tone and shine, to root and gray coverage, one uniform shade from roots to ends, dimension, and full transformations that are usually planned over several sessions.

Cuts are shaped around texture, face shape, styling habits and how the cut will grow out. Curly, wavy, coily and textured hair is cut with attention to how it behaves when dry, and fine, thin or thinning hair is also part of the regular work.

A visit starts with a free 20-minute video Hair Planning Session, where the stylist and client review the hair and the process together. Nothing is booked until both agree it is a fit. Each client leaves with a care plan, at-home guidance and a follow-up appointment already booked.

Color is designed around undertone, facial features, lifestyle and the maintenance a client can realistically keep up. Extension and color services are guided by a design process called The Depth Method.
