Estheticians train with founder Joanna Czech and continue with ongoing education on skincare products and technology. The team's work includes facials, facial massage, body treatments, brow and lash services, scalp analysis and consultations, and the individual professionals listed here each focus on different parts of that work.

A visit usually starts with a conversation. Before any treatment, the client and esthetician talk through the client's current routine and goals and choose a treatment together. Facials are tailored on the day to what the skin shows at that visit rather than sorted by skin type. Methods used in facials can include LED, ultrasound, microcurrent, cryotherapy, manual massage and manipulation of the facial muscles. Body LED treatments are not suitable for pregnant clients. Consultations, in studio or virtual, cover skin condition, lifestyle, current products and goals, and finish with a customized product prescription and at-home routine.

Each studio has a retail area with the Joanna Czech collection and other brands, and the products are also sold at Neiman Marcus locations and other retailers. Appointments are booked online. New York is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, while Dallas and Los Angeles are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Dallas clients can receive complimentary validation for the garage directly across the street when street parking is limited. Ground shipping is free on online orders, and international shipping is free on orders over $500.

Focuses on long-term skin health through a seasonal routine and healthy habits rather than quick fixes, and uses non-invasive technologies with the aim of restoring the skin's natural balance.
