Across the team, the salon cites more than 25 years of combined experience and says its work has been featured in national and international hair publications. Each stylist tends to focus on particular techniques, learned through family tradition or through a mix of formal training and self-teaching.

Color work is a large part of the menu, with over 100 color options, semi-permanent and permanent color, cap and foil highlights. Styling runs from blowouts, wash and sets and updos to micro curls, finger waves and wave nouveau. For natural hair there are twists, press and curl, and dreadlocks, and the salon also offers braids, weaves, extensions and wig services. It creates custom styles for weddings, proms and other special occasions; special occasion updos are priced on request.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturday from 7am to 4pm, and on Sunday by appointment. It is a member of the Lynn Chamber of Commerce, and discounts for military members, seniors and marriage are available with the requirements listed on the salon's promotion page.
