The studio is on the upper level of the REMAX building on Mill Street, reached by stairs on the outside of the building, in suite 5/E.

Full sets range from a classic set, with one extension on each natural lash, to volume, wispy volume, hybrid, wet, anime and mega volume styles. Volume sets use lightweight handmade fans, and mega volume fans run 10 to 15D and can be worn long or short. Colored sets come in brown, blonde, red, blue, pink, green and purple, and are chosen to suit the client's hair color. Color or glitter accents can be added to any set.

Between sets, fills are booked at one, two, three or four weeks, depending on how many days have passed since the last fill and how many extensions remain. Lashes applied by another technician can be filled with a foreign fill. Bottom lashes, lash removal with a cream remover, and a lash lift with or without tint are also available. Clients should arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, and are allowed a 10-minute grace period if they call or text when running late.

Brow services include waxing, tinting in brown, dark brown or blonde, brow lamination, and combinations of these. Lip waxing is also offered. Patch tests are available and must be done at least 48 hours before a lash set.

The business also teaches eyelash extension. Courses are one on one or in groups, held Monday through Friday with at least three weeks' notice. Topics include application and isolation, safety and sanitation, eye infection knowledge, aftercare and removal, client retention, marketing and social media, hands-on practice, and product knowledge. Students receive a certificate of completion and a vendors list, and beginner one on one training includes a full lash kit. The business says it also provides lifetime support to those who train with it. Its blog covers removing lash extensions and fall lash shedding.

The studio states that its mission is to pair quality products with good customer service to meet each client's expectations.
