Every visit starts with a conversation. The business offers a free consultation, and clients can also request one or send questions through an online inquiry form, after which the team replies with guidance on next steps. Consultations are available for acne, body sculpting, hormone replacement therapy and weight loss, and wellness consultations for weight loss goals can be done in person or virtually. Certain treatments may require a consultation first, and clients are asked not to try new or aggressive treatments right before one.

All treatments, including facials, injectables, body contouring, skin treatments, brows and lashes, are by appointment only and are scheduled in advance. Clients are asked to give notice if plans change and to arrive on time.

The medical weight loss program is medically supervised and combines medical guidance, nutritional support and lifestyle coaching. It begins with a free 20-minute discovery call with a Registered Nurse about goals, concerns and current medications. Labs are drawn at a local Labcorp, with results reaching the practice in about five to seven days, and then reviewed at a provider appointment. Follow-up visits happen two weeks after starting medication and monthly after that, with quarterly in-body scanning included. The patient pays for medication.

Payment plans are available through Cherry. Applying does not require a hard credit check, and qualifying 0% APR options are subject to eligibility. The site lists an example plan of $416.67 per month for 12 months at 0% APR and notes that terms depend on credit.

Simply Sculpt pairs aesthetic medicine with wellness care such as hormone optimization and preventive care. Each client's concerns and goals are evaluated before a customized plan is built, with an aim of natural-looking results that develop gradually.
