Services are booked through the studio's Glossgenius page. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. New clients booking color, relaxers, silk presses or keratin services are asked to pay a deposit at booking, which is taken off the total at the appointment.

Color work includes full and partial foil highlights, all-over color, color retouches for new growth, toning and glazing, and a signature hand-painted balayage that gives a sun-lit look with a soft grow-out. Men can book a grey blend that softens salt-and-pepper hair rather than fully covering it.

Smoothing and texture services cover two silk press options, a virgin relaxer and relaxer retouch, and keratin treatments in a faster version and a full version. The studio also offers an intensive K18 treatment and a hydro-steam scalp therapy.

A free consultation is available before any service to talk through goals and plan the look. Financing is available through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
