Jintara Yang owns the studio and performs the work herself, with specialties in Ombre Brows, Lip Blush and eyeliner tattoos. The Ombre Brows tattoo takes about 2 hours and costs $350, and includes a free consultation and an aftercare ointment lotion. Other tattoo services include Nano Combo Brows, which the studio offers with hairstrokes at the front, and Nano Hair Strokes, which takes 3 to 4 hours at $475. Lip Blush takes about 2 hours at $295, and eyeliner is offered for the upper lash line alone or for upper and lower lash lines. Touch-up pricing depends on timing and client history: lower rates apply within a few weeks of the first session, and for regular clients up to 2 or 3 years out. Clients returning after longer gaps pay the full rate. A non-previous client who wants an exact repeat of an existing Ombre brow shape can book at a lower rate, but any change to the shape is charged at full price. A clear close-up photo of current brows is needed before an Ombre touch-up is booked.

Bookings are made through Facebook message or by messaging 414-915-8640, and replies can take up to 24 hours. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for permanent makeup and counts toward the procedure cost. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, and late arrivals are cancelled with the deposit forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 3 days' notice forfeit payment, while one reschedule without charge is allowed with 3 to 5 days' notice. Only one adult may accompany a client, and children and pets are not allowed in the studio. Card payments carry a 2.7% fee, while cash has none. Clients who are under 18, pregnant, in active cancer treatment, tanning, have an open wound on the area, have a history of keloid scarring, or are under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering drugs cannot receive permanent makeup services.

Permanent makeup training is offered in three formats. A 2-day group class covers Ombre Brows and Nano Combo Brows for $1,999, and a 2-day one-on-one version is $2,500. A 1-day Lip Blush and Eyeliner class costs $1,600 in a group or $1,700 one-on-one. Brow classes are limited to 4 students and include a live model demonstration on day two, covering consultation, shaping, color selection, needle use, aftercare, and business matters such as licensing and marketing. Students must be at least 18 and are responsible for checking their own state or city tattoo technician license rules. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $175, $200, $250 and $325, or in a custom amount.
