The menu centers on hair. Men's and women's haircuts are offered alongside bang trims, color refreshes and pull throughs, and a range of color work that includes tints, partial and full highlights, and low lights added to highlights. Many color services can be combined with a haircut and blow dry in one appointment, and times for these run from about 90 to 120 minutes. Add-ons include toner and a Malibu treatment, and extra product is used for long or thick hair or during color corrections.
New clients who book a haircut are asked to add a 15-minute consultation, which carries no charge. The consultation fee is deducted from the cost of services, and its price varies. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment are charged 50% of the appointment price, and repeated cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of 20% to 40%.
Color and cuts are chosen around each client's features and hair type, with a consultation for new clients before haircut appointments.
