The salon describes its mission as restoring confidence and raising the standard of high-end hair artistry. Owner and Color Specialist Jaci Ross-Munro began studying how to serve clients with hair concerns in The Woodlands in 2010, and the studio's work centers on that focus.

Extension clients begin with an online application that includes photos, followed by a phone or video consultation. Virtual consultations for color and extension guidance are also available online.

The salon offers services for hair loss, thinning and female pattern baldness. Volume Plus Microlines fill in thin hair at the crown and apex, and Crown Extension Maintenance comes in three variations called The Refinement, The Renewal and The Restoration. The salon describes its extensions as natural, undetectable and seamless, and extension work uses premium human wefts with custom color.
