Jewelz Lash Studio

The studio is in Suite 216 on East Vine Street in downtown Redlands. Because it works by appointment only, hours vary, though the regular schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with Sunday available on request. Clients can call or text the studio at 805.618.8863.

Jewelz Lash Studio was built as a lash business by Juliet Beaton, who runs it and does the lash work herself. The studio's own description names it as California's only certified educator for Lash Apothecary.

A first visit is planned for about two hours. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to avoid caffeine for two hours beforehand. The consent form and client information sheet can be downloaded and completed ahead of time. Two reserved parking spaces, numbered 17 and 18, are in the United Methodist Church lot on Vine Street, and clients who cannot park there can text the studio for help. Inside, gentle spa music plays, and soft blankets and an elevated leg pillow are provided.

The studio's signature system is Opal Free, which it describes as the world's first plant-based, light-cured lash system. It says the system is safe for everyone, including people who have had reactions or allergies to lash products, and it keeps a waitlist for allergy-free appointments. Opal Free is compatible with oil-based products, and lashes can be gotten wet right after application. Three-day Opal Free LED UV light curing training sessions are also offered, booked by texting the studio.

The studio focuses on keeping natural lashes and ocular health in good shape, with extension choices made around each client's lifestyle.
