Treatments are customized to each client's skincare concerns. Every facial finishes with a botanical and vitamin infusion and lifting maneuvers. The spa says it blends time-honored remedies with botanicals and scientific innovations, and it uses botanical formulations, vitamins and peptides. Natural and vegan facial options are available at no extra charge. Facial upgrades cost $60 each and can be added to any facial, including a chemical peel, plant-based collagen mask, stem cell apple extract serum, plant-based anti-ageing boosters, neck rejuvenation collagen mask, vitamin C brightening mask, and a caviar and oxygen mask. The spa describes its treatments as result-driven.

Facials range from the 50-minute Jeunesse Signature Facial and Delicate Touch Anti-Aging Facial, designed for extremely sensitive skin, to the Clarifying Acne Facial, which is also offered as a 75-minute session. A Luxurious Gentleman Facial is available as a 50-minute stand-alone or a 90-minute enhanced version. The 60-minute Back to Normal back facial includes extractions and a massage. Advanced treatments include micro-needling collagen induction therapy with optional radiofrequency, performed by the spa's experienced technicians with lidocaine numbing cream; a 75-minute derma-planing facial that uses a disposable blade for non-invasive exfoliation; and a 60-minute micro-puncture capillary treatment for the scalp, described for hair loss. The Radiance and Brightening VI Peel is sold as a pair of 30-minute visits, a peel and a hydrating facial, for $410. The spa describes the peel as a medical-grade chemical peel with three to four days of downtime.

Grooming services include brow tint, lash tint, Brow Design by Paula, and Lash Rendezvous, a 60-minute semi-permanent lash lift using keratin lotion and silicone rods. Waxing covers the face, lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, back and bikini, with prices from $25 to $140. Laser skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal both include free consultations. Injectables are offered with the spa's doctors.

Booking requires a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged in full. Clients should report health conditions, allergies or injuries when booking and arrive at least 10 minutes early for a first visit. Gratuities can be paid in cash, Venmo or Zelle. Buying four treatments gets 5% off, and six gets 10% off. Private, customizable events can be booked. The spa is closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and open Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clients can call or text 929-250-2131.
