The collective's stated mission is to inspire self-expression through beauty and energetic alignment. Each visit is meant to be a personal experience that supports the guest's self-expression, and self-care and care for the planet are named as priorities. The suite is described as private and intimate, a place to relax, and the collective describes its experience as grounded, polished and a little magical.

Signature offerings include the Venus and Veil line of intuitive beauty rituals, Within The Veil bridal packages, and Aura-to-Crown, a longer package combining a reading with a haircut and color transformation. The Lumination pairs Reiki, a card pull, makeup and hair styling for people preparing for a photoshoot or content project. Color is done with low-tox, non-toxic products.

Event work is quoted individually per inquiry and can take place in the suite or at the client's location. Event and at-location bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and event packages include a custom schedule and prep guide. At-location events need venue approval, parking, and access to power for hair tools. Services cannot be added on the day of an event unless the contract allows it. Salon appointments require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, a 15-minute grace period applies, and no-shows are billed the full service. Pricing is fixed, with no added gratuity or fees, and services and events are non-refundable.

The collective also offers booth rental for independent beauty professionals, and it runs a 2-day basics bootcamp called the J.E.T. program for commission-based stylists who are moving toward independent work.

Jet 65 pairs technical beauty work with holistic and energy-focused practices, using low-tox products and a personal approach to each guest.
