Every facial starts with a consultation about your goals, sensitivities and home routine. It can be done virtually or in person on the day of your appointment, and you should allow 20 minutes of your booked time for it. The custom back treatment runs 45 minutes and addresses hyperpigmentation, acne, sun damage or simple relaxation, with cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and massage. The basic facial starts at $95 and runs 50 minutes or more, in three options. A custom vagacial treatment, starting at $75, targets brightening or ingrown hairs in the intimate area and follows a process similar to a facial.

Waxing works best when hair is about the length of a grain of rice; appointments without that length are declined or rescheduled. Clients currently taking acne medication or antibiotics, or using topicals, are not booked for waxing. Gently exfoliating beforehand is recommended for a more comfortable visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling, and a no-call, no-show cancellation within 24 hours carries a 10% fee. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
