Lash extension services are the core of the studio. Beyond the lashes themselves, clients can add dermaplaning, hydro-facial and micro-dermabrasion treatments, and the studio offers a Glow & Flow facial paired with IV hydration as a single event. IV drip add-ons (B12, Biotin, NAD and Zinc) start at $25 each. A four-week coaching program, with two calls each week, is available for $650.

Training is a large part of the business. One-on-one courses cover classic lash application, refreshers, volume, bottom lash extensions and fan making, and a Triple Threat course covers classic, hybrid and volume application. Group sessions are limited to six people and cover lash safety, infection control and how to place an extension. Training covers application theory and process with a focus on technical correctness and client comfort, and one-on-one students can book mentoring and coaching calls after the course. Candidates are asked to have a place to practice or to call before enrolling. The site notes that Maryland has not required a license for applying eyelash extensions since January 1, 2020, and advises students to confirm their own state rules before registering.

Booking involves a few steps. A $75 deposit secures an appointment and is forfeited if the visit is missed, and a credit card must be kept on file. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of up to half the session may apply. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, and makeup must be removed before a lash appointment or a $15 removal fee applies. Children under 12 must wait in the lobby with a caregiver and are not allowed in treatment rooms. The studio does not fill over extensions applied by other technicians.

Lash professionals can also rent a booth for the day at $100 per day, valid for eight hours. Booth dates are requested in advance and confirmed based on availability. The studio sells its own lash products, including cleansers, adhesives, removers, a growth serum and volume lashes.
