The studio is a private suite where clients are seen one at a time, with no double booking. It is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm, and describes itself as offering luxury hair extensions.

Extensions are made from 100% human hair and installed with Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) or Great Lengths keratin bonds. Pricing runs from $1,200 to $3,000 or more, and touch-ups are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. Each extension service begins with a consultation about hair type, lifestyle and goals.

Color services include custom color, using premium products. Precision haircutting is also offered, and the studio sells products through an online shop and offers gift cards.

Appointments can be changed or rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours ahead. Changes made within 48 hours carry a fee of 50% of the service cost, up to $500, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service price. Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Clients are asked to raise any concerns with their stylist before leaving rather than posting public reviews first. Booking and providing a payment card means agreeing to these policies. Cherry financing is available, including 0% APR options and plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, with no hard credit check. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 through the booking platform.
