A basic facial includes skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a custom mask and facial massage. Named options include three HydraFacial versions (Signature, Platinum and Red Carpet), an O2 facial with plant-derived stem cells, a dermaplane facial, a microdermabrasion facial and the Time Machine series, which can be booked as a four-week starter package.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume full sets, each taking about two hours. Lash fills are offered on a two-to-three week return or a four-week schedule. A lash lift is a perm for natural lashes, lasting six to eight weeks, and suits people who cannot wear extensions. Lash and brow tinting are also available.

Skin treatments include microneedling, microchanneling and BioRePeel peels, with optional red light therapy or microchanneling. Chemical peels are offered as a three-pack with six named lift options. Infrared sauna is available as monthly memberships for one person, two people or a bundle of four weekly visits, and sauna members receive 10% off other products and services. New clients can book a consultation that includes a discussion of skin care needs and a product sheet of IMAGE skincare recommendations. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, with the business closed on Saturday and Sunday. Several facial and skin treatments note they are not suitable for expectant mothers or people with active acne. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the business know as soon as possible so they can reschedule.
