Jeremie Kendal Salon is in downtown Austin and takes visits by appointment only. Every stylist has their own chair, their own clients, and manages their own calendar and bookings. A deposit reserves an appointment, and changes made within 24 hours forfeit it, so clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes go through the stylist's booking link or by calling the salon. Group appointments are available for friends and family. Nearby parking is at Elle West Ave Garage, a 24-hour garage holding up to 50 vehicles with no on-site security.

Color services here include dimensional blonding, balayage, all-over color and gray coverage. Precision haircuts are offered to clients of any gender, and appointments can be as small as a light trim or as large as a complete restyle. John Kolar handles the cutting. Color is provided by Jeremie Kendal, Dejah or David Busby.

Luxury extensions use Great Lengths hair and are offered with Jeremie Kendal or Dejah. The method and plan are confirmed in consultation, which also covers suitability, professional application and removal, and home care, since extensions are not risk-free. Maintenance is scheduled as a refresh based on hair growth and wear rather than a fixed timeline. Clients receive a home care routine for cleansing, brushing, heat styling, and sleeping on extensions, with Davines product options.

Smoothing and keratin services are tailored to each client's hair goals and come with a maintenance plan set during consultation; they are offered with Jeremie Kendal or Dejah. The salon also offers color corrections on work done at other salons, usually beginning with a consultation, and welcomes clients who had a bad experience with a cut, color, or extensions elsewhere.
