The machine-applied brow services are Nano Brows, Powder Brows and Combo Nano Brows. Nano Brows use ultra-fine hair strokes. Powder Brows create a soft, shaded, makeup-like finish that can be adjusted from soft to more defined. Combo Nano Brows pair hair strokes at the front of the brow with shading through the body and tail. Each of these includes brow mapping, pigment matched to the client's skin tone, one touch-up 6 to 8 weeks later, and aftercare. The portfolio page describes Nano Brow results as soft and natural. Lip Blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that works on the color, shape and definition of the lips, with pigment chosen to match the client's natural lip tone.
Clients who already had work done at the studio can book a retouch, either 6 to 8 weeks after the first session or every 6 to 12 months. Brow Follicle Restoration is offered for brows that have been over-plucked, have thinned, or have had earlier brow procedures. Brow Pigment Removal lightens brow pigment that is unwanted or too saturated. It starts with a consultation to decide whether the client is a good candidate, and several sessions may be needed.
Every appointment needs a non-refundable deposit to hold the booking, and the appointment is not confirmed until the deposit arrives. Deposits range from $10 to $50 depending on the service and are applied to the total on the day. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice or a no-show forfeits the deposit. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $30 late fee, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Refunds are not issued and deposits cannot be transferred. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Clients can send questions through the contact form on the website.
Permanent brow and lip work is planned around each client, with brow mapping, pigment matched to the client's skin or lip tone, and a scheduled touch-up.
