Booking details: a $25 deposit is required from new clients, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice to avoid charges, and a no-show without prior notice is charged 20% of the service cost. Before a facial, clients are advised to stop AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, benzoyl peroxide and strong exfoliants 3 to 5 days ahead, and to wait 24 to 48 hours after Botox or 1 to 2 weeks after dermal fillers. Opened or used products cannot be returned, while unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange.
