The Hydrafacial menu has three levels. Express cleanses, peels, extracts and hydrates the skin. Deluxe adds a personalized booster and LED light therapy, and Platinum adds lymphatic drainage to the Deluxe steps. Microchanneling creates tiny channels in the skin, and the studio offers it with growth factors, which it says are meant to support collagen production, or with a lipid recovery serum. Microchanneling can also be done on the body, and the studio lists body options for stretch marks, acne scars, fine lines, hyperpigmentation and hair loss.

Custom facials begin with a skin analysis and can be adjusted to the client. The calming facial is intended for acne, rosacea and sensitive skin, and the enzyme facial is considered safe during pregnancy and nursing. The signature Epicutis facial uses hot towels, enzyme exfoliation, extractions and LED for the face, neck and decolletage, though LED is not used for clients who are pregnant or nursing. An oxygen-based lift facial and an Environ peel with an alginate mask are also offered.

Face sculpting is a 60-minute treatment using hands and a gua sha tool, with no devices, and includes myofascial release. The Brazilian face lymphatic drainage facial is a 60-minute massage that combines lymphatic drainage, acupressure and rhythmic hand movements. Buccal massage is a 60-minute treatment that works inside the mouth on the inner cheek and jaw, and it can be added to another service for 30 more minutes. The studio notes that its facial contouring and buccal massage are cosmetic and non-therapeutic and are not meant to diagnose or treat conditions such as TMJ disorders.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Street parking is free for up to three hours, and a free garage is about a block and a half south of the building. A rear lot is pay-by-meter or can be paid through the Passport app. Sunbit financing is available for treatments and retail with a $60 minimum and 0% APR options for qualified clients. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days, opened products are final sale, and a referral program gives a $10 gift card toward retail for each referral.
