Booking requires a non-refundable US$50 deposit, which is included in the total price. No-shows are charged the full price of the service and may be barred from booking in future. Clients must be 7 years old or older, extra guests are not allowed, and full-service bookings are not for touch-ups. Hair should be at least 4 inches long, washed and blown dry straight, and free of oils on the day. Styles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment.
