Booking requires a non-refundable US$50 deposit, which is included in the total price. Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the appointment time, and rescheduling is handled from the email confirmation. Clients running late are asked to call or text the salon. No-shows are charged the full price of the service and may be barred from booking in future. Clients must be 7 years old or older, extra guests are not allowed, and full-service bookings are not for touch-ups. Hair should be at least 4 inches long, washed and blown dry straight, and free of oils on the day. Styles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment.
