Braiding hair is included in every price. Knotless braids start at $150, boho and goddess braids at $200, box braids at $160, Fulani and tribal braids at $180, cornrows and stitch braids at $90, and Senegalese and passion twists at $170. Prices are set by size and length. Kids' braids start at $70 for children ages 5 to 13, with simple cornrows, cornrows with beads, small box braids and shoulder-length knotless braids among the options. Locs maintenance, butterfly braids, men's braids and installs are priced by consultation, and clients can send a photo of a style for a free quote.

Add-ons include beads or cuffs for $15, using gold cuffs, cowries or beads, curly or boho ends for $40 using synthetic curls woven through, and human-hair boho curls for $100. Hair should arrive washed and blow-dried. A wash costs $35, or $50 if the hair is tangled, and a $20 blow-dry fee applies if hair arrives not blow-dried.

Booking takes a $30 non-refundable deposit paid online, which is applied to the final total. The balance is paid in cash or by Zelle at the appointment. Clients are asked to call or text first to confirm availability. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the appointment, while cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit. The seat is held for 15 minutes, after which late arrivals are charged $5 per 5 minutes. Walk-ins pay no deposit and depend on stylist availability. Free parking is right by the door, free Wi-Fi is available for the whole appointment, and hours are 7am to 6pm.

The salon describes its braiding as using true West African technique. Hair dropped off two to three days before the appointment is prepared ahead of time.
