Cuts are shaped to the face, to the client's lifestyle and to how they usually style their hair at home. Every cut includes a consultation, a shampoo and a finish style. Blowouts come with instruction on recreating the look at home.
Color work covers reds, golds, dimensional color, highlights and lowlights, and includes color correction for color that has gone wrong. Color services usually take about two to five hours, depending on the client. Pricing follows the work involved, so length, thickness, amount of color and application time can change the final cost. If a client's hair needs more than the booked service, the cost is quoted before work begins.
Booking is done by text. New clients send two photos first, a close-up of current roots and an overall photo of their hair, and the stylist approves and confirms each request. Regular guests can also text to book a complimentary neck trim and bangs between appointments.
The salon's approach centers on a consultation before every service, with cuts chosen around the client's face, routine and home styling habits.
