Hair extensions are hand-tied, and pricing depends on length, density and number of rows, with a $750 deposit applied to the final total. An extension consultation runs 30 minutes for $60 and is credited toward the install when booked at that visit. Move-ups and tightening are suggested every 6 to 8 weeks between full reinstallations. Clients whose extensions were installed elsewhere need a signed waiver for the Blowout + Extensions Edition, which includes extra time and care for extension wearers.

Treatments include the Milbon Bond Hair Treatment, where the product is chosen at the appointment for repair, hydration, color preservation or shine, along with a relaxer and the Kertain (Pura Luxe) treatment. A general consultation covers goals, maintenance and service planning, and its fee goes toward the service when booked within 14 days.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice are charged the full scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and it needs approval before the appointment.
