First-time guests complete a discovery session before booking, and new extension guests need a consultation before any install is booked. The in-person Color Discovery Session and the 30-minute Extension Discovery Session are both complimentary, and returning guests can book a virtual discovery session.

Healthy hair care services are built around a silk press. The Renewal Press is designed as a first visit for natural-haired clients, including those coming from protective styles, and includes a scalp detox, deep conditioning, a blowout and a silk press. The Just Effortless Treatment adds a smoothing treatment to a scalp detox and silk press, and includes 2 oz of product, with extra product at $40 per 0.5 oz. A Silk + Color first visit includes a scalp detox, a K18 treatment, color and a silk press and cut, and takes 4 hours 30 minutes or more.

Custom color is offered as Soft Edit, Refined Shift, Full Transformation and Root Revival. The studio says each formula is blended for the individual client. Soft Edit offers minimal dimension, soft highlights or a single all-over tone. Refined Shift offers moderate dimension or a lift and deposit of honey blonde or bright copper. Full Transformation offers high-impact highlights and brightness. The Renewal Press consultation fee is applied toward the balance of a color experience. A color reservation made without a proper consultation may be canceled if the wrong service was chosen or the hair is not healthy enough for chemical processing.

Services include sew-in, tape-in, wefted microlink, I-tip/F-tip and K-tip installs, plus removals and a Microlink Reset.
