A la carte haircuts start at $11 and take at least 15 minutes; haircuts for children are limited to clients 8 and under and do not include a full blowout.
Keratin smoothing starts at $80 and runs at least 60 minutes, using a mild formulation that contains no formaldehyde. Options include a 3-month version with no recovery period, a 5-month version that requires 72 hours of downtime, an express version lasting up to 6 weeks that tames frizz in under an hour, and a 3-month mini version applied to one zone such as bangs or the hairline. Bleaching and color correction begin at $130 and take at least 120 minutes. Since results differ from person to person, a consultation is strongly advised beforehand. Color transformations are priced by the hour and cover all product, a haircut and styling.
Booking terms: appointments cancelled at least 24 hours ahead are not charged. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full booked service and require a deposit on future bookings, and after more than two cancellations, half the service is charged at booking. Late arrivals may be moved if they conflict with the next appointment, for a $50 fee. Services that run past their slot incur a $20 charge. Refunds are not issued on salon services, concerns must be reported within 5 days, and adjustments are made at no cost if the client returns within 7 days of the original service.
