Color and blonding make up much of the menu. Services range from a quick root melt or gloss, a non-permanent color for blonding looks, to root touch-ups, all-over single-color or grey coverage, and full highlight sessions that finish with a gloss and treatment. Custom grey blending needs a consultation first and uses highlights, lowlights or both to soften regrowth.

Extension work is handled in steps. A free 60-minute extension consultation covers choosing a method, matching color and receiving a personalized quote. Full transformations are quoted from $800 to $2,000 or more, depending on method, length, density and how much hair is needed, and that total includes both the hair and the installation. A non-refundable hair deposit is due before an installation can be booked. Weft bead move-ups and full weft installs are for established clients or those who have completed an extension consultation.

Booking comes with a few set policies. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards are available. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Each guest gets one grace occurrence for a late cancellation or missed appointment; after a second, a 50% deposit is required for future bookings and is applied to the service total on the day. Repeated missed or last-minute cancellations may mean future appointments cannot be booked.

Every appointment is built around the client, starting with a consultation, with professional products chosen for each visit and a priority on keeping hair in good condition.
