Services are by appointment only, and a deposit is required to secure a booking. All forms of payment are accepted. Hours vary by day, with the studio opening at 8 AM on Thursday, 9 AM on Friday and Saturday, and in the afternoon or early evening on the other days. During appointments, clients are offered cozy blankets, snacks and refreshments.

The lash menu runs from a simple tint and a lash lift to natural full sets, glam full sets and mega volume full sets, with fills and a lash boost in between. Korean lash lifts are offered for lashes that point downward or are coarse or stubborn, and a tinted version adds color for a mascara-like look. Natural Full Set is open to existing clients only, and lash fills need at least 40-50% of extensions still on and a visit within 2-3 weeks of the last application; otherwise a full set is needed. Lash removal is available for existing extensions.

Permanent jewelry is fitted in yellow gold, rose gold and sterling silver as bracelets, anklets, rings, necklaces, belly chains and hand chains. Pieces are custom-fit, and a damaged or loose chain can be rewelded. Parties need at least five attendees and a non-refundable $100 deposit, which is applied to each guest's final total. Each guest's jewelry selection is priced separately, and after an inquiry the studio contacts the host within 24 hours to arrange payment; the date is secured once the deposit is paid in full.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 90% of the service amount. There are no refunds, and any concern about a service needs to be raised with the studio within three days of the appointment.

Services are built around enhancing a client's natural features, with lash fills, lifts and custom jewelry booked one client at a time. Appointments are private, and the studio's policies on deposits, timing and refills are set out in advance.
