The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8:30 PM, Friday from noon to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Appointments outside mall hours use the Lot K1 parking area by Dick's and the wheelchair-accessible door.
Haircuts, color, waxing and consultations make up the service menu. When booking, clients select every service they want, and all of them are held within a single appointment. New clients booking chemical services need a free 15-minute consultation at least one day beforehand, and that consultation does not hold time for same-day work.
Cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and clients who cancel or miss appointments repeatedly may be refused future bookings. Appointments outside regular hours require a nonrefundable 50% deposit. Senior and military clients receive 10% off, gift cards are available, and payments are accepted, including in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
