Color services range from a rinse that lasts shampoo to shampoo to semi-permanent and permanent color, with partial highlights done in foils using bleach. Color is not done on a first visit unless the service is a rinse or the client signs a waiver, so a consultation is a practical first step for anyone planning a bigger change. Silk presses and curls, crimps, flat-iron styles and updos such as ponytails and messy buns round out the styling options.

Booking comes with a few firm terms. Many services need a deposit, typically between $5 and $20, paid at booking. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and must be rebooked. Outside-hours and last-minute appointments carry a $25 surcharge, holiday appointments a $50 surcharge, and the remaining balance is payable in cash only.
