The menu covers women's and men's cuts, kids' cuts for ages 3 to 12, all-over and dimensional color, foil and balayage lightening, tape-in extensions, scalp spa treatments, blowouts, and quick waxing for the face and brows.

New clients begin with a free consultation of about 20 minutes, held in person or over FaceTime, to talk through hair goals, expectations, pricing and availability. The consultation is required before color, extensions or other chemical services, a deposit may be requested to hold the first appointment, and new clients cannot book ahead of that consultation. Color appointments are usually booked about 4 to 8 weeks out.

Pricing is listed per service, and several services include the same finishing steps. Haircuts include a shampoo, blow dry and style, color services include a blow dry and style, and lightening services include one toner. Toner alone and the kids' cut do not include a blow dry or style, and a kids' cut needs clean, dry hair on arrival. Gift cards are sold in $10, $25, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom value.

Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Changes made with less notice may be charged 50% of the booked services, up to $50. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee applies, so clients running late are asked to text ahead. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 2 PM, and Friday 2 PM to 8 PM; the salon is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
