Color is the studio's best-known area, especially mermaid, merman and unicorn looks. Those are priced per hour, with an average appointment of four to six hours, and need a consultation and a 25% deposit first. Color correction is also priced per hour, averaging three hours, with the same consultation and deposit requirements. Every new color client has a free consultation before booking any color service, preferably in person or by text if needed.
Treatments include a formaldehyde-free Brazilian smoothing option built on a plant-derived formula that the salon says reduces frizz. The salon also offers ProCell microchanneling, described as a noninvasive skin treatment usually repeated every three to six weeks. The salon says it can help with the look of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks and rosacea. Hair regrowth serums and a scalp detox are also on the menu.
A visit includes a beverage and snack with appointments. Bookings are confirmed 48 hours ahead and require a credit card hold to reserve the time. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% charge for late cancellations and a full charge for no-shows. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment canceled or the service shortened. A complimentary redo of color or a cut is available if requested within three days, but redos do not cover a change in style or color. Hair services are not refunded.
The studio works from a broad range of color and cut services and plans each appointment around the client's goals, with a consultation before any new color work.
