Color is the core of the menu. Custom color blends services such as base color, gloss, standard highlights and lowlights, and it can also cover gray, blend gray or create fashion color. Specialty highlighting includes balayage, foilyage, babylights, shadow roots and AirTouch highlights. Root coverage and base color give one solid shade over up to an inch of regrowth, platinum bleach, tone and treat is for regrowth of no more than three quarters of an inch, and color correction and vivid color are for transformations or fixing a previous color result.

Haircuts range from a light maintenance dusting to a bigger transformational cut. A standard cut covers reshaping, texturizing and cutting. The studio also offers the Vidal Sassoon ABC Certified Haircut. Keratin smoothing reduces frizz, adds shine and relaxes waves or curls, and the salon says results last three to six months. Gloss or bond-building treatments and trims can be added to any service, and several services can be combined into one custom appointment.

Aftercare products are sold through an online shop of authorized products, grouped into moisture, damaged hair, smoothing, scalp detox and styling tools. K18 AirWash dry shampoo is stocked in the salon. Service prices are estimates and subject to change. Time-sensitive requests can be sent by text.

Policies: a late cancellation or missed notice incurs a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, payable before rebooking or the next appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service is not guaranteed and the appointment may need rescheduling. Refunds are not issued, concerns about a service must be raised within seven days, and redo services are not possible once the client or another stylist has made adjustments.

Services are tailored to each client and can be combined into a single appointment when that suits the result they want.
