Appointments are one-to-one and are never double booked, and evening times can be arranged on request. A complimentary consultation is offered before booking, and every color and blonding service begins with an in-depth consultation. Silent appointments are available. Bookings are made online through Gloss Genius, and after a service the stylist sends a text check-in to see how the hair is holding up and whether any adjustments are needed.
The studio also offers accessible cutting and color services for neurodiverse clients. Clients who want to keep their results between visits receive guidance on recreating styles and maintaining color at home.
Each client gets a custom plan shaped by a consultation, with one-to-one appointments and guidance on keeping the look up at home.
