The space uses warm earth tones and calm decor. Hair clients receive a complimentary makeup touch-up and a scalp, hand and arm massage during their service, and Aveda tea is offered to guests. First-time clients fill out a guest profile on arrival, and the salon suggests arriving about 10 minutes early. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Hair appointments may be available as early as 6 am on Saturdays; clients need to call to ask.

Services are grouped into hair cutting and styling, color and highlights, hair spa treatments and hair removal with brow tint. Prices vary with hair condition, thickness and stylist experience, and most listed prices are starting points. Color correction is quoted on request. Gratuities can be paid in cash, by Venmo or by a separate check payable to the stylist, but not added to a card. Prices exclude gratuity unless noted and may change without notice.

Booking policies matter here. Cancellations need a call at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a service charge; shorter notice incurs a 50% fee and reduces gift certificates to half value. No-shows are charged the full service fee, and late arrivals do not get extra service time and are charged in full. Clients under 18 need signed permission from a parent or guardian, and children under 10 cannot stay with a client during a service. Refunds are not offered for services or products, makeup sales are final under Aveda policy, and complaints about a service must be raised within 10 days.

The salon uses Aveda haircare and skincare, which the salon says are 97% plant-derived. It follows Aveda's Green Ingredient Promise, which aims to increase use of naturally derived ingredients.
