The menu centers on lash extensions in a range of styles, from individually applied classic sets to hybrid, wet, volume and mega volume sets. Each set is priced from a starting point and typically takes 90 minutes or more. The Signature Korean Lash Lift is a separate service, starting at $115, that takes about 90 minutes or more, with results lasting six to eight weeks.

Between full sets, clients can book a Lash Refresh within seven days of their last appointment. It fills in missing spots without removing lashes that have grown out, and takes about 45 minutes with a $15 deposit. Squeeze In appointments are short, 5-minute visits for quick adds. Lash Cleanser and Pop of Color are also available for 5 minutes each, and a Full Brown or Full Color Set is offered for $15. Lash Removal takes about 40 minutes and is priced at $30.

The studio also offers permanent jewelry starting at $70, usually about 30 minutes with a $10 deposit. Pieces are made in sterling silver or 14k gold filled, as anklets, bracelets, necklaces, rings and waist chains, with optional charms or connectors. Prices vary by chain and size.

For regular clients, the Lash Loyalty Membership costs $220 per month and includes two fills each month, member pricing on any fill style, complimentary add-ons such as colored lashes and tinsel, and priority booking. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

Booking policies: 48 hours' notice is needed for cancellations or reschedules. Changes within 48 hours forfeit the deposit and incur a 50% fee. A 10-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may have their appointment cancelled, with rebooking requiring a new deposit and 50% fee. No-shows are banned from booking and charged 50%. Refunds are not offered.

Lash services are tailored to each client's look rather than one standard style.

Services take place in a private studio with a comfortable lash bed.
