Makeup is customized to each client's features, style and occasion. Full glam ($125) includes skin prep, a full complexion, a customized eye look, lashes, blush and contour, lip application and a photo-ready finish. Signature makeup and a bridal makeup trial ($150) are also offered. For hair, there are blowouts and silk press, event styling and haircuts ($60), and hair clients are shampooed and dried as part of the service. A bridal hair service is listed at $90.
Booking is secured by a deposit, and appointments are not confirmed until it is paid. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred once to a reschedule, and the remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrival, and an appointment may be cancelled if there is no communication 20 minutes after the start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook. Bridal clients work under a contract. Extra guests are not permitted, though one child may attend with advance notice. Makeup clients who are not on a skincare routine are asked to arrive with a clean face and no products, and a photo of the desired look is suggested but not required.
The loyalty program awards 10 points per booked session, 50 points for signing up to the site, and 1 point per $1 spent on plans. Ten points can be redeemed for a $1 discount or 10% off all plans.
Each glam is customized to the client's features, style and occasion.
