The menu runs from trims and cuts through permanent and demi-permanent color, relaxers and texturizers, silk presses, extensions and weaves, and hair loss and restoration services.

The salon describes itself as a place where guests can relax and make time for self-care. New guests call or video chat for a consultation before booking, and color, relaxer and other chemical clients also book a consultation first. A 50 percent deposit secures an appointment, walk-ins are not accepted, and guests are asked to bring no extra people.

A Silver Circle program offers color, cuts, relaxer work and silk presses for clients 65 and older, with several services set on a biweekly schedule. Bridal services are available for the bride and mother of the bride, with an added fee for each extra bridesmaid. Out-of-salon styling is offered for a travel fee.

Parking, Wi-Fi, credit card payment and a loyalty program are available, and the salon is accessible for people with disabilities.
