The consultation runs 15 minutes, starts at $53, and a $52 non-refundable fee is applied to the service. Existing clients can book root touch-ups and single process color without that first step.

The extension menu covers sew-ins with a leave-out in several configurations, from no included hair up to four bundles of 18 to 24 inch hair, along with glue quick weaves, clip-in extensions with a blowout, extension removal and reinstallation, and color customization of extensions. Clip-ins must be bought through the website or be 100 percent human hair. Bundles, including Cambodian wavy and straight styles and Vietnamese clip-ins, are sold on the site.

Blowouts, silk press and curly styling sit alongside the color menu. Silk press is for ages 14 and up. Signature blowouts are not offered for coarse or textured hair, which is directed to silk press instead.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 1:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays. Booking questions can be answered by call or text at (347) 465-1401, and the contact page has a message form addressed to Jasmine Noel.

Payment is accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window before an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $20 late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes late. Extra guests are not permitted because space is limited.
