Color is the studio's main focus, with options that range from a root touch-up to a full head of custom lightening. Lightened looks are built around a tiered system: a full service for new clients, a full service for returning clients, a half-head refresh for clients coming back every four to six months, and a face-frame refresh for clients on a two to three month cycle. Gloss and toner services, a reverse balayage that deepens blonde hair while keeping dimension, and a pop of subtle accent color are also available.

Cuts range from short styles and kids haircuts to standard, specialty and curly cuts, and blowouts can be done with natural drying or with thermal styling. Treatments such as keratin, curl therapy, deep conditioning, scalp treatment and strength and repair can be added to visits, and an essential oil treatment can be added to any service.

Blowout packages, a gloss package and a blowout package for extensions are sold in multiples, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 48 hours ahead. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged a 20% fee that can be applied to a future service, and clients with a question about a booking can call or text the salon at 347-874-5472. Gift card sales are final.

The studio works toward low-maintenance color and cuts that fit everyday routines, with attention to hair health and the integrity of the hair.
