Extensions are micro-weft pieces customized to each client's hair, daily life and longer-term goals, and they are installed using a hidden-bead method. A new installation includes the extension hair, color customized to blend with natural hair, a custom blend and haircut, and a finished style. Clients begin with an Extension Questionnaire, and a consultation is scheduled after it is reviewed. The final installation price is confirmed at that consultation, based on hair density, desired fullness, the number of rows and color needs.

Extensions need regular upkeep. Maintenance is typically booked every six to eight weeks and covers removing rows, detailing tracks, re-installing, custom blending and a finished style. Color services include tonal refinement and a signature blowout finish, and a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is available, which can be adjusted to hair length, density and the result a client wants.

Each extension experience is built around the client's hair, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and long-term goals, with recommendations planned for the months after the visit as well as the day of it.
