Every service includes a complimentary, in-depth consultation to plan the look around lifestyle, budget and color palette. Extensions require a consultation before booking. Clients are asked to wash hair the day before or less than two days before the appointment, to wait 48 hours after color or highlights before washing, and to wait 72 hours after new extensions. A check-in within a week of each visit reviews the color, cut or extensions and makes any revisions.

Color is the main focus, from single color and gloss to full custom highlighting with foils for a soft grow-out, along with gray coverage and blending. Color is mixed with low-tox products in the suite, with no or low ammonia options available, and some color services include a K18 treatment. Haircuts include a double cleansing wash, a conditioning treatment and a blow dry.

Hair extensions are a specialty, priced by method, density, length and number of grams, with the cost of the hair billed separately from installation and maintenance. Keratin smoothing uses a formaldehyde-free treatment that smooths frizz without damaging natural curl pattern.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10AM to 6PM, Thursday 1PM to 6PM, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, digital wallets and personal check.
