Every first-time client starts with a free, 30-minute in-person consultation. Pricing depends on the method, the length and the amount of hair, and it is set at that appointment rather than over the phone. A non-refundable deposit is taken then to reserve the install, which takes place about a week later so the hair chosen for the client can be ordered and prepared. Clients arrive for install and maintenance with clean, dry hair. At the install, at-home care is explained and a maintenance visit is booked; according to the FAQ, maintenance averages $250 to $1,200.

Only the client's own hair is installed, and same-day installs are not offered because each set is ordered for the individual. According to the site, extensions are not damaging when they are cared for as instructed, and damage depends on at-home care. Hair extension services have a minimum investment of $1,500.
