Injectable options include Botox along with other botulinum toxins: Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin and DAXXIFY. Two Korean neurotoxins, Letybo and Relfydess, are also available. Botox is used on forehead and frown lines, crow's feet, lip lines, neck bands, brow lifting, jawline contouring and heavy sweating. Dermal fillers address wrinkles, lips, facial contours and overall facial rejuvenation. Biostimulators, Sculptra and Radiesse, are offered too. When filler needs to be dissolved, hyaluronidase is used with ultrasound guidance.

Consultation fees for cosmetic visits are charged separately and are not applied to the price of treatment. Cosmetic procedures require a 20% deposit at booking, which is non-refundable, and the rest of the cost is paid after the treatment. Mohs surgery for skin cancers that are medically indicated is generally covered by Medicare and most large insurers, though coverage depends on the cancer type, its location and the specific plan, so patients should call the office to check their coverage. The office is open Monday and Wednesday from 8am to 1pm and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, and it is closed on weekends.
